Horrible place to live

I lived in Brookchase for a little over 3 years. It is an attractive property, until you live there. Rude management. They take forever to fix things. Over a week to get a new dishwasher. Huge, huge roaches will come out to greet you when you get home and to say good night. I ended up in the emergency room because I was hospitalised due to a recluse spider bite from home. However, my biggest issue was the plumbing problems. They had to turn the water off several times (at least 10 in the three years since I lived there, sometimes without warning and in the morning while I was in the shower getting ready for work. I complained several times about the plumbing issues, and they sent me an eviction notice that I had 30 days to vacate because I complained too much about the plumbing nightmares. Wouldn't anyone complain if the water was cut off so many times' If Brookchase would just get ride of the roaches and rude management, then this would be a nice place to live.

Hey I think I know this crazy b**ch. I used to be her neighbor, and if this is her, I have to tell you she is not right in the head. I lived there for almost two years and she is off her rocker(she needed some medication). I'm not saying Brook Chase was perfect but god love anyone who could put up with this chick. She would ask me all the time if I saw people lurking around her window. She lived on the second floor! Unless someone was 20 feet tall, the only thing looking at her crazy a** are the birds in the trees. She apparently made a noise complaint to the office about me. The only problem was I was on Vacation that week and the other apartment connecting to her was vacant. It was probably the voices in her head, that she heard. There were a few plumbing issues, but they always sent notices out that the water was to be shut off and it was always during the day when most people were at work. But not her. She was so crazy she couldn't hold down a job. She annoyed me so much that she prompted my decision to move. I'd probably still be living there if it weren't for this crazy b**ch.

It sounds like she thinks that the employees of Brook Chase responded to this. Actually i was her neighbor and moved out because of her. She was crazy. The little lady that lived on the other side of her downstairs left too when her lease was up because this girl would try to follow her inside her apartment. Police came and busted down her door once.

I never even knew the neighbors and never talked to them. Sounds like Management is responding to these to cover their ***. The reason why Brookchase was losing residents is because of the rude management, roaches and spiders, and constant problems with the water, where it had been shut off most of the day without warning on several occasions. Since management is reading and responding to this, I would like to suggest that you look at how you are treating your residents. That's why you are losing residents.
