Looks are deceiving; there is a serious insect problem at this complex. We lived daily with spiders, roaches, and flying ants. I would wake up with bug bites in the middle of the night, that's how bad it was. Every time we would bring up this concern, the only response management could give us was that they would send someone out to spray, finally they just told us "it is what it is" and there was really nothing they could do about it. We ended up having to buy our own bug spray to control the insects. We had to spray daily. The walls are also too thin, we could hear everything our neighbor above us was doing at all times.

Management here is awful! They are rude, obnoxious, and only care about getting their money. They even charged us for time we did not even live there and after trying to speak to them rationally about charging us for time we didn't even live there, the manager told me "were not in the business of losing money" and as if that's not bad enough, when we had our final inspection the manager made up a story about how the vinyl was discolored, even while a maintenance employee stood there and "relunctantly" agreed with her. I guess integrity is not a prerequisite to working for this management company. It wasn't until we moved out that this same maintenance person confirmed that insects and bugs have always been a problem. Just recently they sent out a notice that a resident was held up at gun point in the parking lot one night. Well am glad were gone, good-bye and good riddens....

I had the same experiences. Roaches, ants, and poisonous spiders. I was in the emergency room after a recluse bite, and called management the next morning after being released, and their response was that it was not from home. Finally pest control came out and confirmed a recluse spider problem. Management was extremely rude. They do not not care about the safety of the residents. They are more concerned with collecting as much money as possible. Have one question. Were there any plumbing problems when you lived there? The water had been shut off several times, sometimes without warning when I lived there.
