Raw sewage spews out into apartments & parking lots. Apartments are run down. You CANNOT get the maintenance staff to fix anything. I am running extension cords around my apartment to get electricity because there are so many shorts in the electricity. You can NEVER get an answer on the phone or a call back to your message. The rent is way too high. Living in the hood would be more advantageous. I have water that drips & runs out of my kitchen ceiling from the bathroom upstairs & STILL after repeated calls, I cannot get it fixed. Water seeps from outside when it rains under the edges of the outer walls into the apartment when it rains. My carpets and furnishings get soaked. My door is practically falling off the frame because someone tried to break in and they won't fix that either. I've tried for a year and a half to get my ice maker fixed and they don't care. Don't rent from Chardonnay.
