We lived there for 2 years. Just because we had to... our major problems started just before our 1st year was up... If you have a need for service in your apartment for get it. We had the water pipe break for the ice maker. When we called they told us to just turn off the water, No shoot... they were not the least bit worried about the water that was all over the apartment at this point. WE ENDED UP CLEANING IT. And then the Lovely one. THe Septic Tank had not been cleaned out for a While obviously. It Backed up into our apartment while we were gone for the day. Came home in the afternoon to find water all over the kitchen and into the hallway on the rug, all over the counters in the kitchen. And you WANT TO KNOW WHO DID ALL THE CLEANING - SURE WAS NOT ANYONE THAT THE COMPLEX HAD SENT. WE DID I HAD TO CLEAN THE ENTIRE PLACE WITH BLEACH. AND AFTER COMPLAINING FOR 3 OR 4 WEEKS WE FINALLY GOT THE MANAGEMENT TO SEND SOMEONE IN TO DO CARPET CLEANING. Then the last adventure was... WE HAVE BEEN OUT OF THERE FOR 3 MONTHS NOW. LEFT THEM OUR NEW ADDRESS TO SEND THE DEPOSIT BACK TO US. I HAVE BEEN CALLING ON AND OFF FOR 2 MONTHS NOW. I WAS INFORMED ON THE 1ST CALL THAT WE WOULD BE RECEIVING OUR ENTIRE DEPOSIT BACK BECAUSE EVERY THING WAS FINE IN THE APARTMENT. WELL FINALLY TODAY I HAVE GONE PAST OFFICE MANAGMENT AND CALLED THE PROPERTY MANAGMENT (LEDIC MANAGEMENT) still fighting to get our money back . I was just told that they would be getting it to us. I asked when and what the problem was. The OFFICE management NEVER SENT THEM THE PAPER WORK - THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE A NEW ADDRESS. Pretty pittaful when We gave them the Keys back we gave them the new address... and every time that I called and spoke w/ someone I gave them the new address... the last 2 times the Manager READ BACK MY ADDRESS TO ME. And this is only the MAJOR THINGS. There were always problems with the Kids in the area being all up in your door way - and they were not there to visit us. Noise was terriable we had one of our neighbors worked late at night and I would hear it when they came home and played there music at 3am. And the kids on the other side would run up and down the stairs sounded the the walls were coming down. And right now -- you who is reading this thinks I have no Kids. WRONG I have 3 kids of my own, I know that kids run around and all but I wouldn't think that I should have to hear them thru the walls. I could on a quite night in my apartment hear the folks next door talking sometimes. Its in a nice place (Germantown) But really these apartments and there on sight managment is the PITS!!!!!!! I would not suggest you rent at this place. Most of the other tennents there would talk and tell us that as soon as there kids were out of school they were leaving. I give them credit for staying. Only for there kids and the school systems. Forgot one.. plan on your HEAT AND AC TO GO OUT THE DOORS AND WINDOWS LITTERLY
