Years at this apartment: 1991 - 2004
 
I have been a resident of the Chardonnay for 13 years. The complex must be at least 25 years old, and there is no real insulation so you can have a pretty high utility bill in the winter. In their new renovations on the complex they have removed private patios, so unless you chain down your bikes, skateboards, grills and patio furniture to the semi-fence around your patio it "will walk".
