the plumbing is very poor. Our shower has be out of service for 3 weeks and they refuse to knock anything off our rent. 3 out of the 4 months i have been here sewage has spewed into the parking lot. Lucky, I signed a 4 month lease and am outa here.

I have not had the sewer problem thank goodness but don't have hot water half of the time. Very poor management. Debbie is the most hateful person I have ever encountered in a position of her kind. She should be replaced immediately. She runs off any of her help Also smokes constantly in the office I know this is totally unacceptable.
