Ants are a huge problem and we lived on the 2nd floor! Maintenance is not the greatest. We burn ourselves everytime we take a shower if someone else in the building even flushes a toilet and it is always barely a trickle out of the shower. We have had no screens (including the patio door) in most of our windows for the entire time we've lived there. Management can be very snippy with you when you call with a question or complaint. Things have gone down hill ever since Equity Management took over. Caliber of the residents moving in seems to be decreasing. Can't wait to get out when our lease ends!

There have been 3 raids and police swarm the place to serve warrents. This is true about maint. They claim when you move in that they will always fix the problem you have but instead they will tell you to go to lowes and fix it yourself

Amen, When we had a window broken we had to fix it or pay 150.00 to have it fixed. Then when we did fix the window they refused to put another screen up so I had to move my 2 kids ages 3 and 4 years to the smaller bedroom to keep them warmer in the winter
