I have never lived here however, I was SO displeased with management that I choose to take my business elsewhere. From the time I met Debbie (manager) through my application process, I only got lies. She advertised a move-in special with no deposit, no application fee & no creditcheck fee. She begged me to fill out an application and leave a deposit that I would get back whether or not I changed my mind. Because I could not trust her & she could not look me in the eyes, I changed my mind. She then stated I would not get my deposit back (I should have known...another lie). Debbie is certainly in the wrong field, she should be an actress. Hollywood can use a person with lying skills at it's best. If you love liars & love being misled...you will LOVE Debbie at Farmington Gates Apartments-Germantown.

Debbie is a lier and a very hateful person. She does not care about anything going on at Farmington Gates and I plan on moving to a better place asap

I too,so agree. Debbie is the most untrustworthy person you could ever meet.Farmington Gates would be a nice place to live if it was not for the manager Debbie. Now she says that children can not play anywhere, but at the gazebo,no sidewalk,parking lot, etc... we were promised different.$900 a month for rent!! Come on,get a clue why you are loosing people!! New management is a must!!!

SHE IS VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY AND THE KIDS CAN'T EVEN RIDE THERE BIKES OR SHATES AND SKATEBOARDS IT IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO STUPID
