OK first off. .. Debbie is a horrible landlord. I moved down here with my fiance from Missouri and she spoke to us in a very condesending manner from day one. Her assistant told us that since Farmington Gates didn't have an office for the public, that we were allowed to use the fax machine and computer at any time. Well, I went to fax two faxes one day and Debbie told me to not use the fax machine so much! She said no more faxes are needed for a while from me! Also, the insulation is horrible. We put our thermosat on 70 and our windows are sealed with plastic and when we wake up our apartment is at 65! You can see and feel the draft coming in everywhere! Also, the bugs are horrible! You find huge sewer roaches lying dead in the morning and Debbie's excuse is "well at least their dead!" Thnk God we're out of here in 4 months! Do not come here it does not represent Germantown!!!Way overpriced and rude staff! These are 35 year old apartments also! Also my heater hasnt worked all winter and my air broke when we tried to use it the first time in march! Debbie also just replaced her secretary who care about the tenants, and of course! anyone who cares is getting fired!!!! its ok though because anytime I see Debbie showing new apartments off, I simply wait til she leaves and tell them to run
!!!!

UPDATE: I have had wasps flying in through the patio door for 4 months! I am deathly allergic to stings and have explained this over and over to debbie and maint. they told me to tape my doors! well guess what! the wasps came back in today and let me tell you.. debbie was not a happy camper when i came into the office. i said either fix it or you will get my hospital bill! Please do not let little children live in these conditions! unsafe and filthy!
