I had an ant problem the whole time I lived there. The apartment flooded due to a pipe upstairs bursting and they took hours to see about my apartment. When I moved, Debbie (the manager) tried to charge me $500 in fees, including $300 for carpet replacement. I have been disputing that for a year. She will not provide me with any reason she feels that I owe this or with receipts (she states she no longer has the receipts). A pipe in my store room leaked every time you turned on my outside water and I had to report it 3 times and they finally just wrote on the wall in black marker "DO NOT USE." That also flooded the apartment and the landscapers were using that water (and leaving it on) frequently. The teenager upstairs was sneaking boys in through her balcony by using my patio furniture but, when I reported it to Debbie, she stated there was nothing she could do. My car go keyed after I started reporting that girl and her boyfriends. Pest control was supposed to come once a month but I had to buy the ant killer myself to see a difference and I always saw huge roaches around the property. My daughter forgot her key and the management wouldn't let her use one to get in the apartment after school. She had to sit outside and wait until I got home from work. They were very mean to the kids and talked down to the residents. The water goes cold about 2 minutes into your shower. I reported this and they said it would do that because the water heater was so small. The parking is horrible. People just park anywhere, not even marked spaces. I backed into a car one time that was just parked out in the open and I didn't see it. They would pass around parking rules but they didn't enforce it. The apartments stink like mildew (very old buildings) and are basically falling apart. And what kind of business doesn't keep receipts of their expenses' Stay away from this place. It is a nightmare. I only stayed so long because my kids liked the schools and it was easier than moving.
