I moved into my apartment at Farmington Gates a week ago today and still have yet to receive a copy of the paperwork I signed. The first day in my new apartment, there was no hot water. Come to find out a wire had arched and knocked out hot water in the apartment. Then, I found out that the plumbing in the shower/bath tub was backwards causing cold to be on hot side and hot on cold side. Air conditioning wasn't working properly and to make matters worse, my dryer stopped working the second time I washed clothes in my new place. Checked all the breakers I was aware of inside the apartment and ended up calling in a repairman to check and see if it was my 1 year old dryer that was the problem. $93.97 later, come to find out there was a third breaker box located outside the apartment building that I wasn't made aware of during my walk through where a breaker had tripped causing my dryer to stop working. Still have 51 weeks left on my current lease. Not sure at this time if I will resign and stay there any longer after that.
