Obviously this isn't something that management can help, but something that you as a potential renter should know. I checked out apartments very carefully before I moved on. I have lived here one month now. The noise above me isn't terrible, but I can hear everything that the man above does and it resonates. I expected that from an apartment.

My biggest concern here, however, is not noise or maintenance or any other typical factors. I thought this place would be safe, until last week a peeping tom was caught outside a resident's window. This man was a sex offender from Florida, he tried to break into the bedroom of a an 11-year old girl 4 years ago and he has been caught videotaping women in dorms at Memphis State and CBU. Germantown police also found that the offender also has 33 aliases, four different social security numbers, seven birthdates and two Tennessee driver's licenses. He is now out on bond.

I'd be careful before you move here.

Since your post how is the crime and all other aspects of your stay there? I am considering moving there in a couple of months.

How did the reviewer know so much about the alleged "peeping tom", and why in the world would he scare off people by entitling the review "crime" (to me, voyerism is disturbing and criminal, but not the first thing people think of when the word "crime" is mentioned)?
