I have been living in the Colonnade for the path 21 months. Here are my reviews
1. The management is good while you are in the office only, they do not perform once you are out of their office.
2. When you move out, please make sure you settle down the carpet issue. There have cases where the person was charged for new carpet instead of a pro-rated carpet.
3. The noise is a big problem here. I expected this from the apartments, but it worse and annoying. The sounds resonates and gives me migranes. I have made several calls to the office and the problem persists. May be I need to take some other actions.
4. Crime has gone up now. Recently, there were break ins in 3 cars. Also, 5 months there was break in in a apartment room.
5. The maintainence guys are good, but some of them cheats. They will not provide a report to you. Please make sure you ask for it. The reason I am saying this is that there were multiple leakages in my apartment which was not fixed and were reported as fixed in the office.

Overall, I don't think Colonnade provides the quality of life that it charges for. There are other similar places to look for.
