Moved here in the fall and have regretted it ever since. It feels like the whole building moves when there is a storm. It takes FOREVER to get simple maintenance tasks done. My guest toilet has been broken for a MONTH. There was NO outside lighting around my building for over a month, despite daily requests to have lightbulbs installed!! The floors are uneven and creak with your every step. The kitchen countertops are about to lift off the frames; the air seeps in relentlessly around the doors and windows. The people in the office could care less. They take your complaints and smile at you and you never hear from them again.
