I have lived at the Colonnade for 2yrs. The new manager and staff are really turning things around. Very quiet community with very good neighbors. Every one is very friendly and Love to take of the Apartments. Very, Very, nice place to live.

Agree- great place to live. some of these negative comments are laughable. Un-clog your own bathtub. Change your own lightbulb. Still hate DirecPath though...
