This complex is going downhill fast. Apparently the mgmt. is more concerned with the outside appearance, i.e., they're repairing the roofs and painting the buildings, but my furnace is being held up by a block of wood so it doesn't keep vibrating the pictures on my walls! The outside lighting is TERRIBLE. My apt. was recently broken into and no one at the office seems to care. Yes, they have a security person who drives through the complex...woohoo,,,,he/she NEVER gets out of the car, not sure why even bother. The office people say there is an electrical "shortage" somewhere in the complex so that's why the lighting is a problem...well, guess what....it's been like that now for going on two years! DUH, maybe we should have someone look at it and see what the problem is! I've never rented in a place like this, the rent is outrageous and the apartments suck.

Also, can't agree more.The head of maintenance is incompetant,can never fix anything right the first or second time and has the customer service tac of a street thug. The office workers always seem to loose or delete submitted apartment problems and you have to let them know 2 or 3 times and in writing.They use illegal immigrants who dump chemicals down the drains, give you dirty looks when you drive or walk by them, they block the parking spaces, drop construction material every where amd dont pick it all up and you end up picking up nails near your front door and car.They blow clippings into and on the building and if you have allergies it makes it worse.The rugs need to be replaced you can only clean them so much and when the rug material itself comes up every time you vacumm they need to go!

can't agree more. don't see why they have a problem with having dishes on the balcony railings?? its insane. and you should see the tone of the notice they send in...looks like you are in a dorm rather than paying so much for apartments.

HA, I thought it was just ME who thought that...that has to be the epitomy of the worst customer appreciation I've ever seen! And then after sending out that notice that the painting would be done by 2/15, they never came to paint till 3/08! UNbelievable!! Can't wait till my lease expires!
