We only had one weekend to find an apartment when we moved from the northeast to Memphis. We saw several but decided on this location because we were told how great they were and how they always cared so deeply for their tenants and wanted to make sure everything was taken care of immediately if there was ever a problem.

In a word....they lie. Keep on driving. The money isn't worth the time and effort and I can't wait to start looking for another place to live. The walls are paper thin and the construction is horrible. They make the pictures look so much better over the internet.

We had a problem with our neighbors above us because we have small children that nap and go to bed early. The noise level was really bad because they let their children stomp around for hours. When we asked them politely to be respectful of those people living below them the man said he refused to tie his children to the floor. I don't remember asking him to do that. A few days later my husband received a phone call at work...at work......although my apartment is within spitting distance of the office and I am currently unemployed, to let us know they were moving out because we complained. What kind of crap is that'''
