Expensive, but well worth the cost.

I lived in two different apartments at the Vineyards. The facilities are outstanding, beautifully landscaped, clean, and safe. The other tenants, as with most other costly residence areas, are quiet and respectful.
Garages are available for additional rent per month; for me, it was worth it. Laundry facilities, standard with each apartment, afford privacy and comfort.
The apartment design is airy, bright, and well appointed. I suggest living on the second floor if possible as the ceilings seem higher. All in all, a nice flow to the layout and nice touches with things like crown molding.
I would have liked a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a gas fire place for the money. The power had a tendency to flicker, especially at night. I found myself late to work more than once. Otherwise, a great experience.
