I have not been a resident here for very long. But my experience thus far has been SUPER! Well above the competition in the area. The office staff has always been very helpful and right on it with whatever questions or concern that I have had. The day of my move in I had a little welcome gift in my apartment waiting on me which I thought was lovely! And my apartment was very clean, which was very impressive considering where I came from prior to moving to The Vinyards. And everything was working properly and looked perfect the day of my move in date. Since my move in date, I have had only one mait. request and it was taken care of THAT SAME DAY! VERY IMPRESSIVE!!!!! I love it here and think that if anyone is looking for a very nice, quite, quaint place to live. With very nice residents as neighbors. Look at them if you need a place to stay temporarily or long term.
