The Vineyards is a great place to live! There is always plenty of parking in front of your apartment. The staff is very courteous and helpful - they ALWAYS treated me with respect. All but one of my maintenance problems was solved within one to two days. The clubhouse, pool, workout facility, and grounds themselves were very nice. Use of the movie theater is FREE - I've seen other places that charge $100. The residents were mostly very friendly, I never had any problems with any of my neighbors. I LOVED my apartment! The layout was nice, very homey. There was a very large walk in closet and the washer and dryer were in a utility closet in the bedroom. If you need storage, there is definitely a lot. The walls were a little thin, and the appliances could have been nicer, but I've seen a LOT worse. Memphis isn't the safest city, and living in Germantown provides you with that extra bit of peace of mind. Also, the complex is very conveniently located to almost anything you could need - shops, the interstate, and even a nice walking trail next to Wolf River. It is a little on the expensive side in terms of rent, but definitely worth it. I would highly recommend The Vineyards.
