Bad Management

I have lived at the Vineyards for 2 years and have found out I made a mistake in a downstairs apartment. The upstairs apartment has been leased as a corporate apartment and has had many tenants many of whom have kept me up all night on several ocassions. I have told the office I know of 6 to 8 times over the year but on deaf ears. I work from home and find it more difficult to just up and move. I would not reccommend this place to live as I will be moving by years end. One last thing, MGT was going to make me fill out a new credit application and put a new deposit to move to an upstairs apartment.
