Good Location, Decent Place

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
Located in a very convenient area. The townhomes themselves are nothing special and the kitchen was very small. The homes are 25 years old, so there were minor problems (plumbing, etc), but they were fixed quickly. The only con I can think of is heating is expensive. My bills the last winter approaching 400$/mo (3 bd/2.5 bath), and I kept the heat at around 65 F.
