Bad Management - I have lived at the Vineyards for 2 years and have found out I made a mistake in a downstairs apartment. Great experience My husband and I moved into Farmington Gates after we sold our home a year ago and we have truly enjoyed it. I was very skeptical at first because we had owned a home for 10 years. The apartments are big on the inside and they have lots of closet space and we feel safe here.

Love My Apartment I have lived at the Colonnade for 2yrs. The new manager and staff are really turning things around. Very quiet community with very good neighbors. Every one is very friendly and Love to take of the Apartments. Very, Very, nice place to live.

Wonderful!!!! I have really enjoyed living here. The office staff and the maintenance staff are awesome. The property, the outide, looks great. You can really tell a difference over the past 2 years. I plan on staying for a very long time.

Good aprtments Been here for a month so far and have had a great experience. Management is helpful, apartments are nice. Area is quiet. Only bad thing is the only Cable offered is DirectPath, which is abysmal. And Sattelite isn't an option anymore unless you can mount on the patio.

Excellent Place I love living at the Vineyards. The management and staff is excellent with responding to your problems. The apartment complex is always so nice and clean. It is an peaceful community that anyone can enjoy. It is expensive but if you can afford it- it is great deal.
