I have lived here for four years and just renewed my lease again.
It is quiet here. The grounds are always being picked up and when you call for maintainance they come within 24 hours. The pool is kept clean and I have learned that there are alot of happy people here it is more like a family that a complex. The management is all about kids. She has had parties for them and I think that showes she Has a Heart for every one.
Staying here is the best thing I have done.

You are the lady who lives right behind the office and you get special treatment! The management is NOT all about kids or anyone else unless you are over 60 years old and feel you have to kiss the very old overweight mean and hateful manager's butt, Ruth Harris, just to get anything done around there. How sad for you that you have to subject yourself to this! Nothing I ever asked for got done in a timely or professional manner. The only one who worked for Autumn Chase who had any sense of class and decency was Todd, the maintenance man, and that's because he treated everyone kindly and with respect. Management acted as if you were bothering her when you asked her to take care of anything. Did you write this review for her to help her gain more tenants or something? I'm disgusted by what liars you all are. I'm more than elated that I no longer have to be subjected to such abuse from management and live in such a dump. I only pay $5 more a month in rent and get SOOOOO much more, including PROFESSIONAL management. And as far as Ms. Harris putting on pool parties and what not "for the kids", well MY rent as well as the other tenants who live(d) there went to pay for these parties, which by the way only Ruth's friends showed up for. It's not like she took money out of her own pocket to show people "she has a heart for every one." Give me a break! While she's putting on parties on the tenants dime with her huge heart, our apartments were falling apart!!!
