I lived here for two years. It was overpriced for what you got. They advertised that it as safe and secure, but the gate is a joke and almost anyone can follow someone in or find a way to get buzzed in. Many car break ins one summer. The thing that kills it is that the management is desperate to fill apartments, as this is the most expensive place to live in Goodlettsville. There are quite a few people who you DO NOT want to live next to. Also, they charge you $25 a month for water, and there was no mention of this when I signed my lease. Whenever they find a chance they try to charge you for some fee, b/c they are losing money left and right on this overpriced apartment complex. STAY AWAY unless you are a thug, b/c that is who has taken over.

I been living at Lenoxgate for 4 months now and I agree that it's overpriced not to mention that they may go up on my rent once my lease is up (if I decide to stay) this is Goodlettsville for Heavens sake not GreenHills or Bellevue so there is no excuse for the rent to be that pricey. Now that it's getting warm I'm seeing allot of thugish looking people. I have a child and I don't want her to be in that type of environment especially for the rent that I'm paying. It makes me wonder if they are secretly accepting Section 8, no offense for those on section 8. P.S. don't get me wrong the apartments are nice on the inside but not nice enough for the price I'm paying. They need to take these reviews seriously, maybe so many people won't be moving in and out so much and they may cross the wrong person that will file a big time lawsuit.

I have lived at Lenox GAte Apartments for 4 months and I am extremely dissapointed. They absolutely have no concept of what communication is. They say they will get things done and they you never hear back from them. I have not yet had problems witrh the individuals who live there, and that you can not help, however I do agree that the apartments are overpriced for the services that are provided. Extremely dissatisfied.

Wow! I agree, even though these reviews are old. These apartments are so overpriced for what they are worth and I swear to you just as someone is moving in, there is someone moving out. I've been there for about a year and a half and have never seen so many moving trucks in my life. It's never anywhere to park!! For what I'm paying, I should have my own designated parking spot like other apartments that are expensive. I should have moved next door to Preston Run, oh so nice. The breeze ways has spider webbs for days with nest, NO JOKE. Please don't move out here, be better off getting a house, they should be ashamed of themselves!!!
