They outside looks like crap. They have been saying they are going to paint for ever. the gate is an eye sore. the pool seems like it is never going to open. the gym and bathrooms are a disgrace. they have NEVER had paper towels in the womens' bathroom since jan. and its may almost june. no toilet paper either. the staff is a joke especially the manager stacy who's a dimwitt and doesnt know her ass from a hole in the apartments. and i dont know how long it is going to take them to finish the front landscaping. when we move in our apartment was in ------ condition. we moved in last nov. i hate it here. do not move here unless section 8 is filled and it is a last choice. i wish we have of moved to a prettier and nice mothaven in hendersonville for just 100 $s more. it would have been worth the price. the people here in short just dont give a crap how this place looks, they only do what they have to. stay away far away!!!!

Well, it has changed ownership and office staff twice since this review, and it has gotten much worse if you can believe it!!!! Yes...stay away!
