Beware! Stay away from Lenox Gate. I have neighbors cooking meth in their apt., and I have complained to the office 6 times in the last 4 months and they have done nothing to rectify it...Ive even asked to get out of my lease early to get away from the hazard and they threatened to sue me for breaking my lease. I guess it will take a building blowing up and people getting killed before they put a stop to it.
There are cars constanly being broken into in the parking lot.
The management has changed hands about 3 times in the last year and are very unprofessional.
The rent is very high for the quality of the apartment. They charge $32.00 for water a month and the City of Madison only charges $15.00, so basically they are pocketing the extra cash.
You have to call maintenance at least 10 times to get a service call actually taken care of...and 1/2 the time you call they don't even answer the phone. Trust me, stay away at all costs....you would be better off living under a bridge than at this sorry excuse for an apartment complex.

We apologize that you feel the way you do about Lenoxgate Apartment homes. Unfortunately, It is not management's responsibility to handle crime issues on property. It is the responsibility of law enforcement.We advised you to call the Goodlettsville Police Department when you placed your annonymous call to our office on Monday December 19th. This was the ONLY call we've received in our office regarding a drug issue on our proper. As far was water billing is concerned, Lenoxgate bills water in compliance with Madison Utility Services. You are more than welcome to come to the office during normal business hours to discuss any issues you have with either your apartment or management and we will be more than happy to provide to you a copy of your lease agreement and clear up any confusion you obviously have with the operations of property management.

I agree with the person who wrote the complaint. The apartments rose our rent through the roof, and the parking is ridiculous!!!! There is never a parking place and as much as the threaten to tow, I have yet to see a single vehicle towed!!! Except mine, and I had a parking sticker!!!!!!!!

I have fortunatly bought a condo in Madison and will be moving out of LenoxGate shortly. I had to go to Madison Utility and get my water set up for my condo and they said my water will cost on average $15 per month...she said it should never be more than $22 per month and if it is...its due to a leak or if I do 40 loads of laundry per month...so do the math...LenoxGate is pocketing the extra water money. No need to go to the unprofessional management office at LenoxGate...I talked to Madison Utility!
