go before the city will condem the property. other then drugs mice leaks and some robberies you dont get nothing. (i forgot to tell you that you have to pay the highest rent in the area)

Sweetheart, this property is far from being condemned. There have been absolutely no police reports concerning drugs or any other crime on this property. Management would be the FIRST to know. As a matter of fact, we have a courtesy officer from the Goodlettsville Police Department who lives here. He can be reached by page day or night and he would notify us of any crime issues on this property as well as surrounding areas. If there are any concerns regarding mice, we offer free pest control through a reputable company. All you have to do is call the office and we will send someone. They are here every Friday. There have been no calls recently regarding anything you are complaining about. As for the rental rates, we are competitive with other apartment communities in the area and we DO NOT have the highest rental rates if anything, they are under market. Please do your research and get your facts straight before making false statements. You are more than welcome to come to the business office to discuss any issues you have regarding your apartment IF you are in fact a resident here.

They say they have pest control, but do not!!!! You have to call constantly to try and get some out to spray your apt. Bottom line they are very poorly managed. The office staff is so rude and defensive that they don't realize that this is their tenant's home and tenants should not be brow-beaten for having a compliant about their HOME. Even the mananagement responses to these complaints are defensive. That is just a taste of the attitude you will receive if you move there.

There is no pest control... in the nearly 2 years I have lived here, someone came 1 time and sprinkled some roach powder... I had to hire my own guy!!!!! I had milipedes coming in around the edges of my carpet... I totally freaked... I called the office multiple times and they said they would send someone... of course like the norm that never happened, so I hired my own guy that has been coming since 2 months after I moved in...
