This is the first apartment I have lived in and it is awful!!! It was okay at first, but they keep finding ways to charge you for stuff!!! We broke our plastic blinds in our room and needed them replaced. We had to pay 35 dollars for metal blinds when we broke plastic ones!! We should have just gone to the dollar store and gotten some 3 dollars blinds... same difference!!!!!Plus, they towed my car and it had a parking sticker, but they didn't touch the cars who were not residents!!!!If their we more parking places, we wouldn't have to park on the curbs!!!

Mr. Cook was charged for blinds because he broke them. All of our charges for damaged items are standard. If Mr. Cook had wanted to purchase and install his own blinds, he could have. Residents are advised well in advance that parking on the curb is a violation because emergency vehicles can not and should not have to push their way through all the cars that are illegally parked if there is an emergency on this property. There are plenty of parking spaces as well as overflow spaces on this property. Not everyone can park right in front of their door when they come home late hours, but the curb and in front of the dumpster are not an option. The rules and regulations of this property are VERY simple. If everyone would take the time to read their lease agreement as well as the notices we hand deliver to their doors, there would be no problems. We would like for all of our residents to have a pleasurable living experience here at Lenoxgate, but unfortunately we cannot please everyone.

The reponses they put on the door are so rude and unprofessional too...basically threatening you. There is never ever a "please" or "thank-you." Nothing but unprofessional rednecks working there...stay away! Housing in Bordeaux would be better than LenoxGate.

Plenty of parking... I think not... there is NOWHERE to park at night... here's the thing... there's barely enough parking for 1 car per apartment ... many of these apartments have at least 2 cars ... some more... figure that out... parking is a JOKE... the "hand delivered" notices... are rude... VERY rude... almost threatening at times... of course they never follow through with anything, so...........

I just recenlty moved in and within a few weeks I realized I had made a mistake. There is no parking, the noise level is ridiculous (worse than a college apartment) and management will not do anything about it. They are quick to find ways to charge you for any thing but slow to fix any problems you may be having.
