Besides everything negative other people have said, and I agree with it all, they didn't mention that you are told they have pest control and there is none. I have been here almost a year and have hired my own service to spray because the large ants were so bad and they wouldn't do anything. That costs me $30 a month and if I don't have it done every month, they come back because they are coming from the apartments near us...I asked my neighbor who cannot afford to spray, and yes they have massive amounts of ants! Also, there was an RV a few months ago that completely burned out in the parking lot. The people in the office have a horrible attitude and think they don't owe you any courtesy for anything. I would move from here if my lease were up and WILL just as soon as I can!!! I too have the carpet problem with spots that keep appearing and the mgt. blames my dog...These spots started appearing about a week after I moved here, and believe me, one small dog cannot pee that much!!! If he does, it is a yellow spot and I clean it up. These are dark black spots and they are everywhere. My carpet is coming up in places too.

About the notes on the doors, they write everything in large red letters on white paper. I know exactly who has been evicted in the last couple of months because of it. I also know of one neighbor who wrote a bad check because of the notes!! Apparently they like to humiliate people.
