Has anyone noticed by now that the staff is more worried about putting the blame on the residents rather that actually paying attention to the problems that are repeated over and over again in all of these reviews' The office staff has no right to state a residents name on this website. This site is for the renters to tell how they feel about these apartments. Nothing said on this site is false by my own experience! Although the staff has the opportunity to defend themselves, they do not have the right to place a residents name on this site. This issue will be addressed with higher authority. By the way, the pest control came once a month for about 3 months when we first moved in here. I haven't seen them since, but thankfully, I haven't had any pest problems. Also, this is supposed to be a gated community, but the gate is always broken. And when it happens to work, 10 people can follow you through because there is no longer an arm. For what they are charging the residents, you'd think they could afford to keep the gated community GATED!!! I never said that I had to have a parking space in front of the stairs, but I do deserve to have a space in front of my building. Assigned parking is a neccesity. These apartments are not safe enough for a female, or male for that matter, to have to walk from two bulidings over when we arrive home late. I came home this past weekend to every spot filled and 15 cars in front of my building without a parking sticker. Also, I mentioned in a previous review that I was over charged for cheap plastic blinds. I would like to point out that I never said I didn't break them. I know they were broken by us, but we shouldn't have to pay 35$ for metal blinds when we broke extremely cheap blinds!!! As proof of how cheap they are, the blinds in my second bedroom are sagging in the center, but I guess that is my fault as well. Since everything the residents complain about is our own faults. We try our hardest to take pride in where we live, but that is hard to do with such an unprofessional staff. Although I would not refer to this place as a HELL HOLE, I still would not recommend these apartments to anyone, simply because the staff does not care about the residents.

I agree completely with this reviewer... I, too, believe that it says when you sign up for an account to review here that mentioning names is NOT allowable... everything said by this reviewer is the truth... it's funny... if one person says something maybe it's exaggerated... but when you have people over and over and over saying negatives... ITS NEGATIVE!!!
