You'd figure for almost 900/mo (I pay 44/mo in WATER!!!) you'd get a little in return right' Right' You do if you include abyssimal parking - only way to get a spot is to get home by 3pm. After that well you have to park by the next builing or farther. The office staff is unbelievably rude. I have had my car stickered more than once. My roommate has had his car towed 3 times. The security officer cussed my other roommate out from the parking lot. When they paved again a few weeks ago (keep in mind we haven't enough parking after 3pm) closed an entire builidings worth of spots then towed anyone parked on the curb. This place only a few years ago was a posh place to stay, but now all that is left is a nice view. Kinda. The rest sucks.

Life is hard. It is just like any other apartments, grow up, get home early and find you a spot to park in. Too much complaining for the tenants, they want EVERYTHING. If you want perfect, buy your OWN condo or house.

I wanted to respond to Lenoxgate management here. I moved from Lenoxgate to another apartment that costs approximately the same and is SO much better! All apartment life is NOT like Lenoxgate. I pay my own water bill and it is $20 or under every time. The area is so clean and nice, but Lenoxgate was always dirty. Here I see landscapers 2-4 days EVERY week. If I get a package it is signed in and kept for me, not like Lenoxgate where anyone could claim my stuff. The apartments are so much nicer, the office staff is wonderful, and the maintanence comes within minutes after you call and actually FIX the problem, not just "wait and see what happens" like I was told at Lenoxgate. The pool area has never been dirty, not once here and the carpet is nice--even though it is still cheap carpet like in most apartments, it is at least clean, relatively new, and not rotten or seeping with "stuff". Oh, and parking is GREAT! I always have a parking space close to my apartment! If you're still at Lenoxgate, I'm really sorry for you!

i live here. i dont like it much... the neighbor just asked my five year old for a cig.. the other neighbor stuck things in the air units.. the cars drive way too fast and there are no speed bumps.. the parking and pool is bad.. but the view is nice and the laundry vents in the breezways are very welcoming.. its smells good around here.. except for all the trash the ------ neighbor kids constantly leave around on the ground..

This was my review, and its been about a year since I lived here. Just now checked the responses. I had no idea I had an insult waiting for me from the staff! Grow up and get home early?? Not everyone has a 9-5. When I posted this I was working middle shift. After that I was working 6:30 - 3. STILL NO FREAKING PARKING!!! Now call me crazy but when a place plasters "LUXURY" everywhere they can get some gold colored plastic to stick, it shouldn't be a nightmare. Just a note, my roomie was in his forth and fifth lease at this complex and he loved it until the last 2 years. He hired a lawyer to get us out of the lease, but it was so close to term that we just rode it out.
