I HATE THESES APARTMENTS!!!!!!! They suck so bad. Since I've lived here, which has been like 7 months, they have towed my car( which was $100), charged me $50 for leaving a trash bag on the breezeway overnight, a late fee of $70 b/c my bank messed up and didn't deposit my check when they were supposed to, and a $25 "returned check fee" which caused my bank to charge me $36 for having my check returned. The parking sucks. Most of the time i have to park a level or two down from my building. The gates have open continuously for like 3 weeks. When the gates are closed and someone who dosen't live there wants to get in they have to press a # and it calls your phone. When it calls you, you have press a code # and it NEVER works. Everytime i order a pizza i have to meet them at the gates b/c they can't get in unless someone who does live there opens the gate and they follow them in. The only thing I do like about the apts are the rooms. They're usally in good shape when i go to someone's apt. But they're so expensive. I live in a 1 bedroom and pay $680 a month. That's my fault but I didn't have a choice at the time. I had to live somewhere, long story... This complex just tries to charge you for everything they can and it sucks.
