It is about time that an owner has purchased this property and immediately takes action to correct wrongs and issues from former owners and management. I have lived here since it was built and can say that this place has certainly seen some bad times. After meeting the new management team, I am thrilled and now know I can continue to live here and see things improve. The company says they buy apartments to own for years, not just in it to flip it for more money. I loved that they are a family owned business and seem to genuinely care about their residents and their company reputation. They are really cleaning house, getting out all the people that should not have been allowed in anyway. Good for them!!
