Me and my fiance stayed here for just about a year. Things went fine at first. Management seemed fine but parking was a little to be desired. Then the kids in the hall started being loud....ridiculously loud. So we complained and were told it would be handled. Far from the kids started playing ding dong ditch. Yet again we complained and told it would be handled. Then it happened again and I caught them. I went to their parents who did nothing. The next day I walk out to the car and there is an upturned slushy on it. I went back to management and I was told that "they were just kids" and that there was nothing really that could be done about it. From that point on anytime we needed service for anything it took them days to get it fixed. We went days with having no heat and it got pretty cold this winter. Then we got a new puppy. We had it for a whole afternoon. We went and got the money order for the pet deposit and before we got back home there was a threatening note about eviction if we didnt pay the pet deposit. Ever since the slushy incident it seems that they are out to get us. I know that sounds ridiculous but as I have talked with neighbors it seems that it happens quite frequently when they want you gone. They find ways to try and boot you. Just the other day my neighbor was telling me about a kid they booted who paid his rent and they said he didnt. My lease is up and I am out. I don't recomend this place to anyone unless you want to live in a harassing environment.

| I hope you can appreciate that management has nothing to gain by placing a resident on eviction for no reason, furthermore it is not legal to do so; we must have grounds. This resident did not fulfill his lease obligation by paying his rent. As a management company that does care about our residents and understands that financial woes do happen, we did work with this resident and he still failed to keep his promise. This resident has never complained about any of the other issues he discusses in his review, which is often the case with a disgruntled resident. Please take what you read with a huge grain of salt. We treat our residents with the utmost care, however we do have a business to run and must collect the rent and enforce the lease, rules and regulations, etc. Respectfully, Regional Manager for EIMC & Lenoxgate | |

Please we just moved out of this place...and take my word for it these people don't care about there residents....We complained so many times ourselves about the noises and drug dealers...they were all in the building we lived in...it was aweful...we wittness 1 of the drug dealers yelling and in the face of a 70 yr old man that was there visiting another elderly person. They really do try to get you out if they don't want you there....We paid our rent every month and when we started complaining they starteded acting really ------! We never had anywhere to park....EVER, we had to park 2 buildings over and walk in snow and rain with a baby and 9 yr old to get to our apartment. The management is aweful and I believed they're persuaded by all the drug dealers....if you want to be safe stay away from the 700 building (full of dealers) and the 200 building (Mexican drug lord)...and management does nothing...We also started calling the cops because we were so fed up! I don't recomend this place, it's trully a high priced project living! All GHETTO! P.S. I trully believe the review......don't believe management because they'll say anything...they're just full of it and probably making money off the drug dealers themselves!
