The local office people are great - the management leaves a lot to be desired.

Hello, I am both the Property Manager and the Regional Manager for this community. I don't quite understand this rating as the office people, which includes myself and management goes hand in hand. We are fair and consistent with all of our residents pursuant to the Fair Housing Laws. Sometimes this can come across as us not wanting to work with someone who does not want to give sufficient notice, or pay termination fees for breaking a lease, etc. This is not the case. We would love to be able to bend for people, however the law does not allow us to do so. Not all apartment communities follow the Fair Housing Laws and they take great risk in being sued. We are not willing to take that risk. There are not only severe financial penalties for the owner, but also to the person who broke the fair housing law which would financially devistate their future. We will always treat you with care and concern and value you as a resident. We cannot however, break the law for a customer. I hope you can understand. Thank You. Patti King
