I am a resident of Lenoxgate Apartments and I would recomend this complex to anyone who loves noisy rude neighbors as well as being burgularized. I have lived here since July and my boyfriends car as well as our apartment have both been broken into. My home was broken into in broad daylight and no one saw a thing! I do not feel safe here anymore at all!!!! I once believed that this was a safe and quiet community but I was sadly mistaken! It took two weeks for my front door to be replaced after I was broken into and since it is now a different color than everyone elses we stand out even more! My neighbors have no reguard for other residents as well and clearly ignore our persistant complaints about the loud music they play late into the night.I am sad because I went from high excitement to move into such an expensive and "safe" community to now fear of what else could possibly happen to me and my boyfriend. If this meets your criteria of what is important in a home and community than I highly recommend Lenoxgate.

We are truly sorry to hear of any break in that occurs on our property. People often think just because a community is nice, that it is safe. No community is safe. Crime happens everywhere, you cannot fully escape it. Every apartment has working locks on thier doors and windows. A property owner can only do so much. We have a Courtesy Officer, however he cannot be everywhere at once. Make no mistake, we are no different than any other apartment community out there with the exception that we act immediately to make necessary repairs on the home after an incident which we did on this one. The door was fully secured until such time as the new door arrived (special ordered). Once it arrived it was immediately installed. We have an excellent maintenance department, however it is possible that the door did not get painted after it was hung. Had the resident notified us, it would have been done same day. I hope you will visit us and discover for yourself that Lenoxgate is a great community. Bad things happen to good people, just as bad things happen to good communities.
