Wow, how bad can it get.

Have you ever wanted the greener grass on the other side. Boy oh boy,I have! While deciding where me and my fiance' would decide to make our first place together we became torn between lenoxgate and piccadilly which is just right around the corner. We chose lenoxgate because we felt like it was safer because of the gates. " THE GATES" never choose a place based on gates, first off they serve no purpose, you can drive in right behind someone without a code.
So my best friend lives at piccadilly so when lenoxgate started being the hell hole i never imagined i thought did we make the wrong choice, while visiting my friend one night, her toilet got stopped up and within fifteen minutes at nine o'clock at night maintenance came over to see fix it. Also, I recentely stopped by to get some updated information,so when my lease is over i can move out of this place. They had went up on rent since the last time i was in, but there staff was so friendly and helpful i ended up in the office for almost an hour, with them explaining all the options i had. They are putting in some cool countertops too, i am excited about moving, and let me tell you why, when you call maintenace at lenoxgate it takes two weeks to get something done. also, when you call you get a freaking recording, aren't you tired of talking to a stupid computer I am. and you know what I just feel like i live in a parking lot. I am ready for the much needed change.

| I take serious issue with this complaint. Our maintenance department is one of the best their is!!! We strive for same day service and are successful 75% of the time. The other 25% usually is done the very next day and their is a small percentage that a part needs to be ordered before completed. If this resident thinks Piccadilly is her answer, I just hope she thouroughly checked it out. Regarding gates, they are certainly not an indication that a community is safe. That is not the purpose of a gated community. If all the residents that love us and appreciate all the things we have done and the service we provide would take the time to write, this rating would be quite high. Unfortunately, negative people with an axe to grind because management could not do something for them or the need to blame and vent is the main source for this ridiculously one-sided site. This is the most vindictive management staff I have ever dealt with! "An Axe to Grind?" wow. Maybe there is a reason why this apartment community is getting so many negative ratings!!! I could understand if it was maybe one or two bad ratings by residents with a bone to pick but look at the list! 35 responses and I can count on one hand how many of those responses are happy with the services that they are being provided!

The management is horrible here! The 14% approval rating is one of the lowest in the nation for a reason. I love this quote "If all the residents that love us and appreciate all the things we have done and the service we provide would take the time to write, this rating would be quite high." Well thats because they're aren't any! Why is it that most other apartment complex residents post nice things about their management?? The residents here are NOT out to get you. Word gets around quick when you screw your residents over. Example...when you towed my suv because I parked on the curb when there was no parking available, when you charged me a $290 late fee bacause I was 3 days late. Yes, definitly my fault but that was a little excessive and you guys said it was because of the concession on an extra bedroom that I don't even use! And the only reason I have the extra bedroom was because you gave away the 1 bedroom that I had reserved!! I could go on forever here. It's 14% for a reason folks ! Stay far away!!

I am a resident of the Piccadilly community, and I was thinking of moving to you community. But after seeing your comments on the web site. I have changed my mind. What Regional Manager bad months past and present residents on a web site which everyone knows this site is b/c and is great for comic relief. If you sinking down to this level on the internet who know what you are doing to your residents. I feel sorry for the people who are stuck in their lease there at Lenoxgate.
