I have lived at Lenoxgate Apartments for a year, and I can't wait to leave. There is always a problem, something is alway broken, and it has been this way from day one. The models they show you are a joke, your apartment looks nothing like it. People shoot their guns off in their apartments, hum what a great place for children, NOT!!!!! There is not enough parking, and if you try to park in a related place, they will tow you. This areas include false handicap spaces and side walk curbs! The apartments themselves are run down, and dirty. In the year that I have lived here I had to have the air fixed four times, the refrigerator fixed three times, the dishwasher fixed once, and a window that falls every time the wind blows! This is not a place to live. Stay away from Lenoxgate! The staff in the office is rude and do not care about their residents! The pool is nasty, it has a ring of slim all around it, and they don't care to clean it. The only pretty part of the pool area is the potted plants! The side walks are poluted with dog droppings because the staff doesn't care to make people clean it up. This place feels like a true section 8 housing facilty! They don't tell you all these details when you sign your lease, instead you get stuck without any warning. If you to move out then they try to make so you can't, for example if you rent one month you will pay $700 extra dollars plus another $100 for who knows what. Again this is a place to stay aways from!!!! I have even witnessed an apartment being broken into (or should I say kicked in) and the staff acted like it was no big deal.
