We moved into our apartment at Lenox Gate in April. We were promised that new carpet would be laid, and that the walls would be panted. The walls had cobwebs, and the carpet had pet stains. Lie. On the first night our closet shelving fell from the wall. You would think that they would have replaced the shelving, no the lovely staff of Lenox Gate simply hung the damaged shelving and shelving rods back up. The second week we lived in our terrible money pit we had flooding in our bed room. When asked what was going to be done: No answer. We also had to wait 2 weeks for the lovely management team to get maintenance to fix our refrigerator door handle which was simply glued on. Today our shelving in our closet fell again. To sum this up, the Lenox Gate staff sucks, management sucks, and the apartments are falling apart. Needless to say we will be moving once our lease is up. Thank God.

The management staff are liars, and they love to cut corners on everything that they do.

There is no cleaning staff here at Lenoxgate. I heard that maintenance is responsible for cleaning and repairing all the open apartments. There is only two guys here to do this work and three women in the office to do paperwork. What's wrong with this picture? I've lived here for over three years and have never seen the breeze ways cleaned. I have to walk through cobwebs everyday and step on bugs corpses that have been dead for weeks. Lights are out in the breeze ways and they are full of bugs. I'm sure there is some light bulb that will deter the insects from getting in. I am still trying to figure out how I keep getting wasp in my apartment. So everything this person has said is pretty much on point.
