have been a resident since the first of 2009. Having no livied in an apartment for several years I do not have a lot to compare to. One concern is recently I observed what appeared to be an extensive repair to a vehicle in the parking lot. I hope this is a randon occurance and not something that happens on a regualr bacis. I am not sure but assume there is something in the lease concernng repairs of vehicles. Other than that I am satified so far
