My name is Kathy and I have lived in 3 different apartments at Lodge North. I started in a 2 bedroom moved to a 3 bedroom and then back to a 2 bedroom. My apartments have all be wonderful. I have had no problem with the maintenance or the office staff. If I have aproblem they have sat and talked with me even if it was personal. I do not plan to move because it has been a great home for me. I can also say I have 6 friends that have lived here for over 4 years and they have loved it also. They place has been renovated and cleaned up. I can say the office staff is tougher when it comes to keeping things off of the patio and when my son has his friends over and they have the music loud in the car I have received a complaint letter. But that I think is normal business. Personally you people don't know what you are talking about. The cop that is there every night lives their. I have read a few of the reviews and it sounds like the people complaining are the people causing the problem. One person complains about rent increase one complains about maintenance etc. No one has the courage to say who they are. If it is a valid complaint you should not hide the fact that you were unhappy and moved. And for the person who talks about being sued you must have been sued before or you would not know something about the laws. But as it is I think you are wrong. Try it for yourself. Most people who xcomplain to these things are the trouble makers any ways.
