These apartments are mediocre at best. I do not agree with earlier comments about the parking - there is enough even though you might not get a spot right next to your apartment. This summer they have kept the pool maintained but there is a problem with unsupervised kids, many of which do not even live here. To their credit the staff has worked to correct and it has improved greatly. Still, the maintenance is shoddy - you have to constantly nag to get anything fixed (but what else can we expect - you need at least two more maintenance crew with this many units) and even then more often than not it isn't fixed correctly. They just down sized our dumpsters and they are already full even though there was a trash pickup this morning. Many of the residents are riff-raff, for lack of a nicer word. All but one staff member is professional and courteous. I have personally witnessed one belittling another resident over a routine maintenance request as soon as the other party hung up the phone. I have had other issues with her and will not have any dealings with her anymore. I have had to deal with things stolen off my porch, an attempted break in, numerous LOUD late night fights from other residents, numerous dog droppings on the lawn, and kids writing graffiti on our outside walls. Taken separately most of these would only be minor annoyances but with all that goes on I do not reccommend anyone move in here.

hi i would like to know more information about your issue's here and with which staff you refered to i work the the new owner of this property and he would be very upsept that a resisdent was treated this way. thank you hope to here from you joanna

I have lived here for two years. I love it. The staff are always there to assist you and answer any questions you have. Yes, I do agree to some extent about the kids but that is most anywhere these days. Parents just don't care as long as the kids arent in their way. Overall, the parking is great, and the apartments are spacious.-Stacey
