I guess we generally only visit these sites when we have something negative to say so I'll start off with the positive first:
-Parking is good. I've never had an issue with parking close to my apartment.
-Staff is very kind. I've always been able to speak with someone in regards to any issues that I've had. Kind. Courteous. Honest. Caring. The only issue I've had with staff is that one of my checks was lost after using the drop box and according to the staff there was nothing they could do to help reduce the late fees (which are much higher than necessary).
-Size of apartments are very nice. Pleanty of room. Very enjoyable.
Noise level nominal: I haven't had an issue with noise yet, but I will say the kids outside get a little rowdy at times, but managment does take action where they can.

The negatives:
-The apartments are extremely drafty. My last NES bill was over $230. I owned an older drafty home that had more room that cost less. Even in the slightest breeze, the blinds often shudder or "float about." I have brought this to the staff's attention but the response from more than one person there has been that the owners are looking into it but there has been no plans to replace windows or replace padding. The heater/AC will not keep up with the weather and when I asked what we could do, the only solution offered was to have plastic over the balcony door and all windows.

-An apartment next to us burned out over a year ago but nothing has been done to it. One of the windows to the apartment was open to the elements for several months to the point that the pipes froze and exploded flooding 3 other apartments. I would not expect an apartment complex to immediately fully repair an apartment like this, but the danger of it being open like this is obvious.

Overall the apartments are a good place to call home. The balconies are very large and the community is comfortably diverse. I just hope that the owners decide to do something about the draftieness of the apartments soon, otherwise, I will be forced to move out soon. It has gotten to the point of being unbearable.
