I would like to start off with a few positives on the complex. The staff was very friendly. They are pretty large spaces, and the balconies are huge.
However, during my stay there, we had SEVERAL issues. Once a stray bullet was shot through one of our bedroom windows. I assume that it was some redneck teenagers, and probably an accident. This is still disturbing and dangerous nonetheless. Also in the year that we stayed there our screen door was never replaced on our balcony and the balcony door had to be fixed several times. We had to call the police on our downstairs neighbors 3 times due to domestic disturbances that we could hear as if it were happening in our apartment. Apparently it took three times for them to either move out or for the management to through them out. The kitchen was not very visually pleasing and the appliances were dated. Overall, not the safest place to live. I wouldn't recommend it.
