The woman two floors below me was held at gunpoint for her car by a group of 4 guys.

My car was broken into; they stole money. My friend's car was broken into, and they stabbed a hole in his hood with something like a screwdriver ('). My other friend's truck has been broken into three times. I saw police investigating a car that the windows had been busted out. This was the same night my car was broken into.

The guy who lived diagonal from me finally moved out because his truck was broken into so many times (this guy is different from the one I just mentioned).

I have never once seen a security officer driving around policing the area in the year and a half that I've lived here. They have something called a "courtesy officer"...what is that, the kindness police'

There are at least three items in the apartment that have been repeatedly reported for a year and a half as needing maintenance, and none of them have been fixed.

Wow, I wish that the office would have been notfied regarding some of these issues. I would have never stayed in a place over a year if maintenance was no better than that. Picadilly does not provide sercurity for anyone. Is there a property that does? Melenna Edwards Property Manager
