The Grounds are nice, everything was ok until my daughter had a birthday party. She was turning 2 and the police were called about the toddlers playing in our apartment. Well we got a warning basically and were told that we as parents have to take control of the children that are in my apartment. Yeah try to control a 2 yr old is like telling a retard not to be retarded. Anyways i have called 4 seperate times about music waking me up at 8 o clock in the morning after working 3rd shift. Was anything done' NOPE not a thing. I quit complaining because it didnt do any good. The maintenence staff is ok but they like to take down hadicap signs when there are multiple handicap people in my building. Over all is a good place to live except the neighbors are idiots. So now i dont tell my 2 yr old not to run inside. I let her make as much noise as she wants.

Not sure who this tenant is /was. It sounds like an experience I had while living underneath tenants who allowed their toddler to run thru the apt while they chased him/her. These same tenants would allow the these escapades until after 11:00 PM. Yes it was annoying and on occasion I have reported such noise. I have been here over 5 years and I am not looking for any place to move to. Tenants,in my opinion need to realize that although these are apartment homes, they are not "single dwelling" units. If ALL tenants would respect All tenants the problems would me minimum. These apartments are not bad.
