I'd recomend piccadilly to anyone who's single. It's a beautiful place to live and the apartments are kept up. Great price, great location and yet you are still secluded like you aren't really in the city. Neighbors are not piccadilly's fault. Some are loud and some aren't. Some are nice and some are rude. I've had my share of both. You'll find that anywhere though. I looked for other apartments when my lease was up but couldn't find anything in the price range that was as nice as piccadilly.

Actually the neighbors are at least partially Piccadilly's fault. Yes you can find bad neighbors anywhere, but Piccadilly doesn't take care of the problems like they should, so the problems continue and get worse. They let people get away with too much. I found several other places that were just as nice in the same price range around that area and I never felt like I was living in any cities, but I am from a big city so I probably have a different view on city living.
