I was living in apartment 630. Next to me the apartment had reported problems with termites. Upon learning this information, I tested the walls near the apartment on that side, and found that there were several points where I could push the drywall in by several inches indicating I also had a termite problem. The biggest problem I would like to report as it was never properly dealt with would be also the deadliest. Brown Recluses! Yes these spiders were all over my apartment. I would like to note that I have a wife, and two kids. One under 4, and one was under 4 months old by the time I was able to move. I have never had Brown Recluses before, but being brought up on a farm I have certainly seen them. They didn't come with me as I never had them at the house I lived in prior to moving my items to Piccadilly. Apartment management denied their identity as Brown Recluses at which time the "pest control" removed my traps (evidence). I took the 50 spiders I have trapped (after the first round) to a third party professional, and they agreed with me that they were Brown Recluses. After 6 months of fighting the Brown Recluses, apartment management, and the pest control people the management decided they could move me, but I had to get on the "waiting list" as apparently new tenants are more important than someone who is endangered the longer they stay. Upon moving I was asked to sign a lease indicating the new apartment number, but with the same terms as the previous lease. I have now been informed that my lease was also extended for an additional year from the time that I re-signed. This I found quite displeasing. I am 100% dissatisfied with Piccadilly Apartments and their care for their tenants. They seem to only care about their $$$$$$, and obviously only today's money because they continue this and there won't be a tomorrow for them.

I was in apartment 649, and it had brown recluses as well. They brought a guy in to spray, but it didn't do much help because it requires a trained brown recluse specialists to deal with these specific types of spiders. However, the spiders weren't the scariest issue. There was scattered bullet holes in the wall and living room shades that were covered up by plaster. My room mate and I would hear strange noises in the kitchen, and the lights in several rooms cut on by themselves.
