Gosh, I ended up here as this site just getting the phone number for the apartments because I am too lazy to look in the phone book. I guess I am kinda overwhelmed at all the negative remarks about Piccadilly and the management staff or maintenance.

This is our 2nd time to live here and we would be happy to come again once we move. We actually just ended our lease and are staying on a month to month lease until our house is ready. We love Piccadilly. I live in Apt 639 and we have never had any problems other than a leaky faucet and the maintenance guys are awesome to fix stuff. Needless to say, that they are a wonderful bunch and you do not have to worry about anything missing if they come in while you are away to change the filter, etc.

No, our apartment is not new or anything fancy, but for the rent and the good management and maint staff, we have always been happy here. Melena is one of the best property managers I think any apt complex could have...We lived a few doors down waiting for this one to get an empty one and I can promise you...it was newer, but it had its problems as well...

I am sort of shocked also about the posting about the spiders. The pest control here is great. Every now and then during the heat, you might see a few ants...but that is due to the beautiful landscaping... which all apts., homes, etc., can have problems with them little pests. But, the pest control sprays and keeps them under control. I never had any problems with them getting into the food or anything like that. I had pests, so no problem with them or I would have been screaming...

The carpet is not new, but it is cleaned before you move in. Anything that is drastically stained, they do replace. I guess I am just looking through my rose colored glasses as they say...but I like it here. My grandchildren came to visit in the summer and they loved the outdoor basketball court, swings and most of all the swimming pools. We have 2 pools here and both are always suitable for children to be in...meaning, that there is no loud obnoxious things going on at the pools that young children should not be exposed to...or by our older generation thinking.

As I said, I highly recommend Piccadilly. We just finished a full year lease and if not for having to move out of state to take care of our family, we would sign another years lease. We love it here!!

I don't know about the other postings, but we were truly satisfied here.

Ummm, well, I am gonna go and beat the walls and see if I can find some termites...if so, I will be back and let you know...(giggle..giggle).
